  7. If holding multiple passports, use the one used to enter Jordan.

Ticket booking instructions & travel conditions

  • Arrive at the port at least 3 hours before departure.
  • Tickets are personal/non-transferable and valid for the printed journey/date.
  • Operations may change due to weather/safety; alternatives/refunds per policy.
  • Traveler is responsible for taxes/fees not included in the ticket.
  • Ensure passport/visa/vaccination compliance.

  • Postponement/cancellation subject to official policy and fees (e.g., ≥ 24h rules).
  • Round-trip returns may be restricted if outbound used.
  • Same-day booking or traveling outside print date can incur extra fees.

Baggage & personal effects

  • Free allowance & piece/weight limits apply; oversize/overweight may be charged.
  • Accepted packing: sealed bags/cases/cartons within stated dimensions.
  • Extra piece/overweight fees per company scale; label all bags with passenger data.
  • Don’t place prohibited items; declare valuables/cash per law.
  • Report loss/damage upon arrival before leaving the port to apply liability limits.

Items prohibited on board

  • Explosives, firearms, ammunition, fireworks; edged weapons.
  • Toxic/chemical substances; flammables; pressurized containers; corrosives; gases.
  • Illegal drugs and unauthorized medications; live animals without approval.
  • Any materials deemed unsafe by authorities/company rules.

Public safety instructions

  • Follow crew instructions and safety briefings; heed alarms and muster info.
  • No smoking (including electronic) except in designated areas.
  • Stay out of evacuation/restricted zones; do not tamper with ship equipment.
  • Keep the sea clean—dispose of waste properly.
  • Inform crew of special medical needs; consider seasickness prevention.
