MENA Line does not store your full credit or debit card details. All online transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment service providers.

Refunds

  • Refund Request:  If you require a refund, please head to our office directly. Refunds cannot be processed automatically online. It must be processed through our office to get the refund process done. 
  • Required Details: To initiate a refund, you must provide your booking reference number, the payment details used for the transaction, and personal identification for verification.
  • Terms of Refund Approval: Refunds will only be processed if the following conditions are met:
    Cancellation request must be made at least 3 days prior to the booked voyage date.
    Cancellation fees:  A 5% administrative fee will be applied.
  • Processing Time:  Refunds will be processed through our offices within 15 working days from the time of approval.

Booking & Travel Information

  • Booking reference
  • Special travel requirements (if applicable)
