Online Bookings & Payment Acceptance  

Online Bookings & Payments:

• By submitting a booking and making a payment on this website, you confirm that all information provided (including passenger names, contact details, and payment information) is accurate and complete.
• You authorize our designated payment partners to process the transaction via the selected method (Credit Card or Debit Card). 
• All ticket prices are listed in [Specify Currency, e.g., EGP/SAR] and are due in full at the time of booking. 

Ticket Issuance and Usage  

• Immediate Online Ticket: Upon successful payment, your booking is confirmed, and an online ticket/e-ticket will be issued immediately. This ticket will be sent to the email address provided during the booking process.
• The online ticket serves as your valid travel document and can be used directly for boarding the vessel according to the terms specified on the ticket. No physical ticket collection is necessary.
• You are responsible for ensuring you can present the online ticket (either printed or digitally) along with the required identification at the time of travel. 

Refund Process and Policy

• Refund Request:  If you require a refund, please head to our office directly. Refunds cannot be processed automatically online. It must be processed through our office to get the refund process done. 
• Required Details: To initiate a refund, you must provide your booking reference number, the payment details used for the transaction, and personal identification for verification.
  
• Terms of Refund Approval: Refunds will only be processed if the following conditions are met:
  Cancellation request must be made at least 3 days prior to the booked voyage date.
  Cancellation fees:  A 5% administrative fee will be applied.
• Processing Time:  Refunds will be processed through our offices within 15 working days from the time of approval.

Rights to Access

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to:
-  Suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Website.
-  Modify or discontinue the Website or any part of it 
-  This may occur at any time and without prior notice.

Limitations of Liability

The Website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
